These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of IntervalPilot (the “Service”) at intervalpilot.com and the IntervalPilot iPhone app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

IntervalPilot provides training calendar tools, workout and program planning, device sync (including Garmin, Apple Watch, and optional Strava), and related coaching-style recommendations generated by our systems. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from the iPhone app (Profile → Delete account) or the website phone layout (Delete account next to Sign out in the top account menu).

IntervalPilot is a training planning tool for informational and educational purposes. Workouts, programs, readiness insights, and related recommendations are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise programme, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or other health concerns. You assume all risk associated with following any training recommendations.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms (including Garmin, Apple, Google, or Strava).

Connecting Garmin, Strava, Apple Health, Google, or Apple Sign In is optional where offered and governed by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes in third-party APIs.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that recommendations will achieve specific performance outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntervalPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
